职位描述：
岗位职责：job description
1.负责样品理化成分的测试、分析和报告。
be responsible for testing, analyzing and reporting of the chemical and physical components of samples.
2.负责新测试项目的方法建立/验证和实施。
responsible for the method establishment/validation and implementation of new testing project.
3.熟练使用液相色谱仪/气相色谱仪，原子吸收等精密仪器，掌握仪器的保养和维护；
proficient in the use of liquid/gas chromatography, atomic absorption and other precision instruments, able to maintain the above instruments;
4. 负责理化检验所用标准品及其溶液、滴定液、指示剂、试剂的配制，负责滴定液的标化工作。
responsible for the preparation of standard products and their solutions, titration fluids, indicators and reagents for physical and chemical testing, and plus the standardization of titration solution.
5. 理化实验室其他相关工作，如质量体系文件实施，试剂试液管理工作等;
other related work of physical and chemical laboratory, such as implementation of quality system document, reagent testing management etc.;
6. 负责本岗所有sop、smp的增修订。
responsible for all sop and smp revisions related to this post.
7. 负责对原辅材料、中间产品和成品的留样及稳定性考察工作，负责出具检验报告。
responsible for the sampling and stability inspection work for excipients, intermediate products and finished product, plus issuing testing reports.
专业要求job requirements
1.教育背景：本科及以上学历。
education background: college degree or above
2.专业知识：药学、医学检验等相关专业。
discipline: pharmacy, medical testing or related discipline
3.工作经验：本单位所涉及的检验项目的工作及管理经验的优先考虑。
job experience: experience related to our testing items and management preferred.
4.专业技能：熟悉药物分析、化学分析微生物和免疫学的知识，能独立完成试验。精通仪器设备的使用和维护，精通理化和微生物实验，熟悉gmp管理流程，具有gmp认证检查经验。
professional skills: with expertise on pharmaceutical analysis, chemical analysis on microorganism and immunology, ability to complete the testing independently. knowledge about the usage and maintenance of instruments, physical and chemical biology testing, know-how on gmp management procedure and experience in gmp audit.
5.综合技能：能与他人一起相互配合，利用不同的技能和经验完成工作任务，对实验原理理解，能对实验结果进行分析，得出结论
other requirement: team-worker, ability to finish job with comprehensive skills and experience, with understanding to testing rationale and ability to analyze the testing result and make conclusion.
6.能基本阅读和理解英文资料
ability to read and understand the relevant english document.
7.优秀应届生亦可。
good fresh graduate is acceptable.
